Now doing that in the rain because of these damn nittos, is some scary crap! Happened twice and i was only at half throttle.

Anytime you want, we should try to aim for a sunny day and cruise down from a meeting spot to seaside or something and hangout there or nearby in a big lot where we can get free parking Very Happy

Nice part about a place like Seaside is that even though it wouldn't be an advertised event, we'd still have things going on because of the summer visitors... And not sure about anyone else from yesterday, but considering we are so far apart in some cases that seemed like a nice compromise as far as travel time. Well except for the two local boys with the torch red stangs that is!!! LOL

on my way home i met a ricer, on a neon. I heard that fart noise far behind me. it stopped raining by that time, he was passing and cutting everyone on about 70mph. but i got pissed when he cut me. I didn't even shift to 4th, i just sank the pedal to the metal, and passed him as if he was standing. I heard that he shifted a gear down(it started to fart even louder) but he had no chances, i got up to 100 and put on neutral.

once again the show was amazing, hope we're gonna meet soon.

Seaside is an awesome place to have a meet/ cruise. Its such a big attraction that there is always something to go do.

Oh and I was thinking... as much as we talk about promoting the club to other stangers out there, I think we really should push getting more and more members out together. It was funny yesterday when I was feeling a little tentative about meeting you all for the first time, and then realizing that alot of you were introducing yourselves to each other too. Smile

Getting together and sharing the experience with the other members can only make the club stronger IMO. I mean, part of the reason I wanted to go last night was because of all the things I read about the previous weekend that I couldn't make. People hearing about how much fun we have as a club when we get together will be just as good for promotion as knocking on doors or chasing down mustangs we see in our daily travels...

It's just so easy to get others interested when they can see anf feel the passion we all have. And what better way to show that than by sharing wth them the experiences we have together as a club? Idea

There are a few charity event shows coming up down by me. There is an entry fee, but its only $10. The shows are supposed to have over 100 cars and all the money goes to charity. I will get more info on these if anyone is interested. We could all enter and show off our club there.
