| what does everybody think of a cruise down to seaside for august 9th or 10th? we have the gsp as the meeting place (if we go on the sunday) and if we go on the saturday maybe meet somewheres close to either the turnpike or parkway. i think if we start getting word out now by then we could have a decent amount of mustangs. i already have an idea for the best route via turnpike or parkway (the specifics of the directions will obviously be based on the starting point).
so basically we need to determine:
saturday or sunday (august 9th or 10th)
and where we will start from if we choose saturday

| i think it would be best if we went on the 9th since its a saturday and we wont hit traffic on the way home. we just gotta figure times and a place to meet if we do decide on saturday

| hmm...august 9th im actually having a carshow...well, my parents' club is anyway. i coach high school cheerleading and were having a car & bike show on august 9th to raise money for the team. its $10 to pre-register, $15 day of....
soooooooo if anyones interested, let me know! its going to be funnn.... 
hey--you can make it into a mini-meet!!!, even if before you go on your cruise cuz its being held in the afternoon! and then i can come with you guys!

| just a heads up, you have to pay to be in the show since its a fundraiser.....but that would be AWESOME if you did that!!!!!!!1 the show is from 11am-4pm, so any time in between would be sweet. and theyre having little events all day, giving out trophies, and my girls are going to perform!

i've never been to any shows, and cruising around NJ would be fun. The only problem is that I live in NY, but the good thing is that i live in Staten Island.

| It is a hike from Staten Island...Parkway South Exit 82....that takes you to Route 37...you stay on that until you go over the Seaside bridge...runs you right into Seaside Heights...

| I did a search on Mapquest with only Staten Island as the starting point and...to my surprise...it says it is only about 60 miles! That would only take you about 45 minutes to an hour. I thought it would be longer! If you give me an address near you I can plug it in to calculate a little more accurately..I did it to my house (I am 5 minutes from Seaside) and that was what I came up with...hope it helps. Hope it brings you there!!!
