After registering, a receipt will be mailed to you via regular mail - please bring this receipt to the event. If you belong to a club, enter the full club name. If 25 of your closest friends are coming to the show, why not sign up for a Club Tent – IT’S FREE! That’s right, if you have 25 vehicles registered under one single club name you will receive a FREE 20x20 tent to hang out in all weekend. This will be your own area; therefore you will not need to worry about finding an area large enough to park together each day. Don’t have 25 friends coming to the show - no worries - you can still reserve a club tent with a low $160 payment. I'm in... signed up a while ago...I have been to all the All-Fords at Carlisle. Im leaving thurs night as I do the Pony cruise on Fri from CJ pony. I stay at the Holiday Inn west in Mechanicsburg lil bit away but straight run and the have a graet bar/club in hotel(no drinking and driving then) Anyone interested in driving out let me know.

Me and my friend are in and we both put NJ Stangers as club....we will be there from friday for CJ cruise(which is pretty fun). And again we stay at Holiday Inn west it great hotel....

I have til may 19 to acquire a tent. I can pre-order the tent for $160 but if I don't meet the 25 minimum with NJ Stanger as the Club name, it comes out of my pocket.......so can we do this? I need to know by tuesday.

It can be a great fun weekend and it would be great to have a tent and keep our mustangs dry from the rain.

Me and my friend are going....we are both signed up under this club....Holiday inn Harrisburgh West is the best....big parking lot, alot of other show cars and people, and bar right in hotel....best place to stay

$111 for a room, I'll probably get there on the 6th but wont be able to unload the stang til check in time.

Definitely look out for a tent for our club, hopefully will happen.

......your joking right. ive been trying to tell ppl to go to this for like the last 4 months but everyone is going to the BBQ meet instead. I'm still going to this. if you want i know the perfect hotel accomidations for this. i go to the chrysler ones every year in july. im prob. going to this friday night-sunday with the GF
