| Yeah that's true but she's missing out on the thrill of downshifting, double clutching, etc... and listening to that beautiful music a stang makes in 3rd gear! (reason being I waste so much gas) _________________

| It was funny to make fun of that door thing ...... But teasing about the size of the engine is a whole different story. Tread lightly.
Now that I stuck up for you, whats the story with "Fee-Bee". _________________ 2008 GT Convertible, Manny, Performance White, Red Leather, Black Cloth Top, IUP, HID Headlights, Heated Seats, Hood Scoop, NAV System, 18" Polished Aluminum Rims, Pony Engine Cover, Rolled Tips, Ambient Lighting, Jaeger Flaps and alot of fun to come. |

Was't poking fun at the V6, just that horrible door guard which is usually only found on rentals.
As it is check out this forum page from TMS.... Wanna talk about some BAD @SS V6's. In particular do a member search for rygenstormlocke Here's his 1/4 mile time: 10.979 @ 122.09
So what's the story behind the name? _________________

| lmao! u guysssss makin fun of my fee beee =P lol OKAY... the little story behind it is that.... i work on the ambulance... i was comming back from a long days work, my partner and i were totally exausted... this was when i first got the car in january.. my partner and i pull into base and i scream BAAYYBEEE IM BAACCKKK lol and my partner looks at me and says " did u just say phebe?" lol and i look at him, we both start hysterically laughing and im like ya know what.... i didnt but i like that name...
lol so i just changed the spelling of it lol im a girl what do ya expectt! lol more pix on www.myspace.com/lilmizsexz and my parents found the car for me... i was actually looking at the dodge charger believe it or not.. lol but i went to sansone, took a test drive, and even though its not a V8 i still fell inlove with it... little better on gas since i live in NY and the gas prices r worse here than by u guys lol
ANYWAY i love my car! i dont care about the door guards or what ever u say lol im making it look how i like it and im still workin on it... ill most likely get the guards off since i wanna put a silhouette of a horse on both sides of the car.... have it extend across from the front wheel well t the back... have the chin of the horse.. the nose, the ear.. and then have the mane turn into flames to the rear... just the outline thats all... im keeping the car strictly black and red. anymore ideas for the black and red look? im changing the gas cover too. and racing stripes.
GIVE ME MORE IDEAS without criticizing ofcorse =] im sensitive about my car lol

| Cool thats a nice story and you are right its your car and you want it to look you want,But just don't go the ricer route thats all I put my foot down there on that subject. And I'm glad you chose the Mustang , eventhough the challenger is a badass car,but it def consumes more gas. P.S. also you wouldn't have met us. _________________ Tracks Are For Racing Not The Streets!!!!

| Aww thats a cute story, and you're right you should make your car look the way you want and not worry about anyone criticizing it, granted I'm not a fan of the door guards, but I'm sure there are people who do like them. Other than that your car looks amazing. It's nice to see another girl on here. _________________

| sweet story. about the door moldings, it's pretty helpful if you park it in close "car to car" parking lots, other than that they only ruin the look of the stang. about the vinyl, don't put anything other than racing stripes, the silhouette of a horse wouldn't suit your car, i saw one new edge on the cruise in MD with the vinyl horse extending through the whole car, that looked ricey. _________________ Vlad

| wow sounds like you have put some thought into this.
so in defense of what ive said and am about to say, you go on forums to hear opinions. Ill give you mine...but its just an opinion. I love hearing from people that take pride in their cars, regardless of what they do with them. I think thats what njstangers is all about.
So without further whatever....here goes: That horse outline on the sides and stripes = too much. Pick one or the other. Id say the stripes, while cool and well thought out, elaborate horse things on the sides will probably not come out the way you want them to, its its probably gonna look kinda gawdy. Same with the fade tint. Ive had this problem in the past. You get all of these cool ideas, but when theyre actually on the car, you look like Cheech Marin.
Red and black stuff: Ive been lookin into this for wheels. Axis makes wheels (super hiro and halo) that are matte black with a red outline on the edge of the rim. Gram lights also have the time attack version of the 57 maximum wiht the same scheme. Totally badass.
Last the V6 bashing - I hope it was taken all in good fun. I talk shiz because i expect to get it back. Like I said before, take pride in your ride, I dont think any of us can ask for more then that. _________________ 07 White GT. FRPP whipple 11 psi intercooled. | One really good sleak idea.......GT500 front bumper with a black SuperStripe Set like mine and it'll be unique-er....
and eventually swap out your rear like i did for a 8.8 with 3.73 and you will have a blast anytime you drive it. haha I Love It!!!
Still haven't dynoed it or gone to the track but I hope to do a Dyno before Winter. _________________ 93 Tunes, C&L CAI, Custom 8.8 Rear with 3.73/TLok, Ford Racing X-Pipe with Dual MRT Aerotubines, Sequential Taillights, Avic-D3...
