Island Dragway Friday 8/8/08 MUSTANGS vs F-BODIES!

This Friday Island Dragway is having a Mustang Vs. F-Body (Camaro/Firebird) showdown as well as the normal Street Legal Car Night from 6PM to 10:30PM. If anyone is interested and wants to cruise in together PM me and we can figure something out. As of right now A John in NJ, Liftedbronco and myself will be there.

UPDATE: FOR ANYONE INTERESTED WE WILL BE MEETING AT THE CAR REST AREA JUST BEFORE EXIT 19 FROM 5PM TO 5:30PM AT WHICH POINT WE WILL BE HEADING TO THE TRACK. I BELIEVE THERE IS A TRUCK STOP REST AREA JUST BEFORE THE CAR REST AREA SO MAKE SURE YOU PULL INTO THE CORRECT ONE. LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT TO MEET US THERE SO I CAN GET A HEAD COUNT, THANK YOU.

LAST MINUTE UPDATE: THE TRACK MAY NOT OPEN DUE TO WEATHER, CALL THE TRACK AFTER 4PM AT 1-908-637-6060 TO CONFIRM IF THEY WILL BE OPEN OR NOT. I AT THIS MOMENT DO NOT KNOW IF I WILL GO BECUASE I DO NOT WANT TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY OUT THERE TO GET RAINED OUT.

Ive never been to island i know when i go to e-town i take my nitrous bottle out of car and go thru tech with no problems, i dont have a blow down tube which is mandatory NHRA, hoping to get away with same thing at island?

Tuned by Evoltion Performance. Best of 12.48 at 117.
