| Makes sense. I drink when I get like this. So far it's been 2 times. Thank god I'm not an alcoholic. John says I'm pleasant when I drink, but I don't wanna become dependent.

| Well...this is how it is....I was 160 lbs, and that was perfect for my body type n height. Then i got depressed n gained 60 lbs. My body is not used to the extra weight, so any change in diet will cause me to lose drastically fast. I'm eating and taking my thyroid meds and doin a lil exercise on the side. Walking a lil.
