Maybe I'm being young n naive when I ask this, but...What's it mean when your ex who says he doesn't wanna relationship anymore continuously teases the crap outta you, sticks his fingers in your ear lol, throws stuff at you (like candy wrappers n rubberbands), tickles you in the ribs and feet just to watch you squirm, talks all cute to you, forgives you even after all the bs EVERYTIME you fight, etc??? I am confused. Maybe I am old fashioned, but if he told you he does not want a relationship with you, why would you let him put his hands on you in ANY manner?

I am looking at this from outside, and to me it looks like he does not want a comitted relationship, but maybe still wants the physical benefits of one. That would not fly, in my book, unless that is what I wanted too.

Also, it seems like maybe a head game to keep you from moving on, while he can.

Does that make any sense?
