If you get a cop that hasn't been paid his overtime or given a shitty detail, he's pissed and you could get hit with obstruction of view. Even if the sticker is on the right side. And god forbid you give him a wise remark.

how in gods name is that obstruction of view? it looks like its on the passenger side even. my rear view mirror is more of a PITA then that would be.

Chad and Brian , Correct me if I'm wrong. You can place anything on the top portion of the front window 4 to 6 inches from the top. I'm going by old rules. This may have changed.
Hey Chad, I've passed with my Law Enforcement Support sticker above my inspection one. Unless it's because they see my badge on the visor.

yea its b/c of your law enforcement sticker.and also this rule came into effect about 2months ago.the state is being dicks about inspection.but to your other ? 4 to 6 inches is only for tint on the windshield.rule of thumb if you do tint on your windshield put the visor down and if its below that it will fail.

This state gets shittier by the day i swear. Inspections a real beach as it is. If their going to fail you then they should make you prove its going to hinder your driving ability in some serious manner.
