yeah some how i think ron has this title locked down pretty tight although i think there are a few sixxers in here that are faster than my stock GT but i haven't had much time to do any work on it figure last time mine was out was a two weeks ago when the throttle got stuck on me

it mite be nice to see 1/4 mile times so you can get a feel for what mods can get you ,i have seen it posted on other sites and some seem to good to be true ,but here we all live in the same area so if it is to good to be true ,it could still be true , i know it depends on alot but the elevation aspect is not a problem ,and evan if it is driver that makes a difference it gives me a reason to practise ?

Remember, big rwhp does not mean you are the fastest. You have to be able to put the power to the ground and stay under control.

r we talking about mustangs only? if not i got everyone beat =) 9.7 1/4 putting down about 800 or so to the wheels in a 71 nova, but im in the process of building a fox

my black car turbo is putting down 670 on pump and close to 1000 on race gas. Last 1/4 run was when it was running a stock block with HCI and a vortech making 490 rwhp. It went 11.60 @127 on street tires

plan on getting it out soon and see how my new engine and turbo perform

I have yet to run the 1/4 with the turbo, but I dont think I will have a prblem with hookin with my Mickies....shooting for mid 10's on it first outting

good point john but im running all motor well i do have two stages of juice but lets not go ther 9.7 with one stage only=) i def do wanna run aganist ron...even if i do lose i rather get beat by a mustang=)

i would love to go one day when you guys are going im all stock except a 75 shot and when i hit it i just spin ,id like to get some pointers beside the drag radials ,i would like to see what i can do with street tires first

Street tires become pretty much usless when your over 500rwhp... Best investment are DRs They help you tremendiously!
