Wildwood police suck

So im in wildwood for the weekend and yesterday i was on the board walk and it started raining so hard that we had to go back to our hotels. I start driving and im on practicly the main road Atlantic AV and all the streets are flooded. I was honestly a bit scared to drive my car through all the puddles but i had to get home. So as im driving there are parts of the street that are just like 6 inches of water in the middle so you can imagine how bad it was by the sidewalk. So i ended up getting pulled over for careless driving because i drove through a puddle that was unavoidable. WTF Mad

all you have to do is plead Not Guilty and keep postponing the court date.
after having the date pushed back for almost a year, goto court and say that it wasn't you driving the car (that you lent your car to somebody and either them or somebody else was driving it that day)
then force the officer to point you out in court and try to identify you after a year has gone by.
